COMPOSITION:
Contains per ml: Enrofloxacin 100mg.
DESCRIPTION:
Enrofloxacin belongs to the group of quinolones and has a bacterial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, including anaerobic pathogen population. Most important micro-organisms are: Ecoli, Mycoplasma spp, Salmonella spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pasteurella spp, Streptococcus spp, Nebsiena spp, Pseudomonas spp and Campylobacter spp.
INDICATIONS:
FLOXINOR 10% is indicated against gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by micro organisms sensitive to Enrofloxacin, like (broncho) pneumonia, Mycoplasma infections, Colisepticemia/coli-diarrhoea, enteritis, pasteurellosis, para-typhoid, infections of the urinary tract, wound infections and secondary bacterial infections as well as complication of viral disease in cattle, pigs, calves, sheep and goat.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For intramuscular (IM) or intravenous(I.V) injection.
Cattle, calves, sheep, goats, pigs: 1ml per 20-40kg live body weight for 3-5 consecutive days
Incompatible with other drugs substance :
Macrolides, Tetracyclines, Lincosamides and Chloramphenicol.
